Vision and Concept

THE TASK AHEAD

A considerable amount of time and energy from the CoA, ARC, the community, and various partners has been invested in developing the Chattahoochee RiverLands vision. Our process builds on these efforts and provides an opportunity to work humbly alongside those who are most invested in the project's successful outcome. While there is extensive existing data about the project area from the Chattahoochee RiverLands study and other related studies, there’s a great deal more to learn before the team proceeds with the development of alignment alternatives. Design efforts will begin in early 2026, following the existing conditions and site analysis task.
